Jay Adams our senior brokerage partner, has been involved in the commercial real estate field in this region for more than two decades. He has been the visionary and driving force in many of the area's most successful and important development projects. Jay's expertise in planning and development has resulted in his appointment to several key boards and commissions, including the Metropolitan Planning Organization; the Hickory By Choice committee; and the Local Government and Transportation Committees of the Catawba County Chamber of Commerce (chair of both the Transportation Committee and the Highway 321 Task Force Committee), to name just a few.

Donna Adams is a founding partner of ACRES. Prior to entering the real estate profession, Donna had extensive experience in the banking and finance industries. She served in key management posts for some of the top banks in the region and gained valuable experience in site selection, lending, and other real estate-related fields. She is our specialist on property management and works with clients, landlords, property owners, and prospective tenants. She received the Leadership NC award in 1997 and is involved with the Catawba County Chamber of Commerce; the Hickory Metro Sports Commission; and many other community and professional organizations.

Tommy Luckadoo is the newest addition to our staff. He has nearly two decades of experience in working with local governments in more than 20 counties as the District Director for the region’s congressman. He has been heavily involved in economic development projects, including the Future Forward regional economic development plan. He is a board member of the Future Forward Economic Alliance. Tommy brings to us a wealth of experience in creating partnerships between the public and private sectors. His extensive knowledge of the region is also a great asset in site selection.
